selothoki What Our Live Dealer Rooms Cover

What Our Live Dealer Rooms Cover

Our live dealer section runs tables across Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack and Ceme Online Room around the clock. Evolution handles the flagship Baccarat and Roulette streams with multi-camera studio feeds; Pragmatic Play Live adds Speed Baccarat and its own Roulette variants that load cleanly on mid-range Android phones. PG Soft rounds out the table with Ceme and fish-style side rooms. Each

table shows the current minimum and maximum chip values before you sit down, so you can match the room to your session budget without guessing. Where providers display RTP or return data for a specific table, that figure appears on the table info panel — we do not publish estimates for tables that don't expose it.

LIVE SESSION HELP

Support While You're at the Table

Questions during a live session move fast — here's how to reach us without leaving the lobby. Our support channels cover table disputes, stream interruptions and account wallet issues tied to live play.

Live Chat Open the chat icon from inside the live lobby. Agents handle table disconnections, round disputes and session credit questions directly — no need to exit your seat.
Account Wallet Check If a live round settles but your balance looks off, go to Transaction History under your account icon. DANA, OVO and GoPay deposits reflect there with a round timestamp.
Stream Trouble A dropped stream mid-round is logged on our end. Reload the table — if the round was voided, the stake returns to your account wallet automatically within minutes.
HOW WE RUN IT

How selothoki Manages Live Tables

We source live dealer streams from certified studios and pass their published audit standards through to you. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Certified Studio Feeds

Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are independently audited studios. Their certification data is public; we carry their streams without modification to the deal or shuffle logic.

Disconnection Policy

If your connection drops mid-round, the round resolves on the server. Wins credit automatically; disputed rounds go to our review queue with the hand log attached.

Provider Transparency

Each table card in the lobby names the studio running it — Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live or PG Soft — so you know exactly whose stream and rules apply before you join.

Fair Round Logging

Every live round generates a server-side log tied to your account. If a result ever looks wrong, our team pulls that log to verify — no round outcome is overwritten after settlement.

Live Dealer Terms You'll See in the Lobby

01
What is a live dealer game?

A live dealer game streams a real human dealer from a studio to your screen. Cards or wheels are physical; results are not generated by software. You place bets via on-screen controls in real time.

02
What does 'squeeze' mean in Baccarat?

Squeeze is a Baccarat variant where the dealer slowly reveals the card edges for tension. The result is the same as standard Baccarat — it's a presentation style, not a different rule set.

03
What is the burn card in Blackjack?

The burn card is the first card discarded from the shoe at the start of a new deal. It's removed face-down and not played. This is standard procedure in certified live Blackjack studios.

04
What does RTP mean for live tables?

RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage a table pays back over many rounds. For live games, RTP is set by the studio's rules; where a provider publishes it, we display it on the table info panel.

05
What is a side bet in live casino?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main bet. In Live Baccarat, common side bets include Player Pair and Banker Pair. They carry different odds and are listed on the table layout.

06
What does 'natural' mean in Baccarat?

A natural is when the Player or Banker hand totals 8 or 9 on the first two cards. No further cards are drawn in that case. A natural 9 beats a natural 8 and wins the round outright.
